If you love the Nate Berkus collection at Target for your office, home office, or school, but don’t want to spend a whole bunch of money, you can do your own DIY gold office supplies by using some gold spray paint.
It’s easy, fun, and a lot more affordable.
This is a fun little project you can do on the weekend and is a great for updating your home office or desk. Below I listed some of the items I used in the “DIY Gold Accessories for Home, Office, School – Nate Berkus Inspired” video.
Most of the items you already have. Otherwise, you can purchase inexpensive office supplies from your local discount store like the $.99 Cent Only Store, The Dollar Tree, or Dollar General.
If you want some cool decor items for your home office or desk that you can spray in gold, visit your local Salvation Army, The GoodWill, or other thrift store.
So to get started doing your own DIY gold office supplies, you will need the following:
1. Office accessories (i.e stapler, scissors, tape dispenser, paper clips, pen holder, etc.)
2. Painter’s tape
3. Gold Spray (I used the Premium Metals 25KT Pure Gold spray from Design Master that I purchased from Michael’s)
