Ahhh….crow’s feet.
Those little fine lines around the eyes that are one of the first tell-tell signs of aging.
Now of course, there’s nothing wrong with having fine lines, but who doesn’t want to delay them for another 5, 10, or even 15 years? So, below are some ways how I prevent crow’s feet around my eyes.

You can prevent crow’s feet or the fine lines around your eyes when you take just a few defensive measures.
For instance, many store bought eye creams on the market are pretty good to help prevent crow’s feet like RoC Retinol Correxion Anti-Aging Eye Cream and L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Eye Renewal (products I’ve often used that are affordable).
However, if you are concerned about the ingredients in store bought eye creams being harmful to your eyes and/or your body, you can get the same effective results using all natural products to prevent crow’s feet.
Not only will natural beauty products be safer to use, but you can save a lot more money. Saving money on beauty products is always a good thing!
The three natural ingredients I like to use to help prevent crow’s feet, which are also mentioned in the video below are:
1. Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
2. African Shea Butter 100% Pure 8oz
3. Castor Oil (16oz) USDA Organic Cold-Pressed
When applying eye creams or natural products around the eyes, be sure to always use your ring fingers. The skin around your eyes are very thin and are prone to wrinkles if manipulated too hard.
The ring fingers are best to used because your pressure will be light, which is prefect for application when trying to prevent crow’s feet.
You can apply the eye cream or natural products in the morning and evenings as part of your overall skin care routine, and be careful about getting it in your eyes. If the skin around your eyes start to feel dry throughout the day, don’t hesitate to reapply as needed.
Castor oil used to be my favorite item to use around my eyes to fend off fine lines because it’s really thick and moisturizing. If you use castor oil, but feel it’s a bit drying, you can always mix it with another light oil like olive or sesame oil.
Another product I like to use is simply Vaseline Petroleum Jelly.
Petroleum jelly is great to help lock in moisture and can be used as a protective sealant for dry skin. The lack of moisture and dryness are the main culprits behind fine lines around your eyes, as well as wrinkles on your face and neck.
The more hydrated your eyes, the more you can prevent crow’s feet and premature aging.
Therefore, be sure to keep your face, especially your eyes, well moisturized!
